Had a wonderful time at Ash & Ice, happened to meet the owner of the place on my first visit and he was super helpful and showed me around the facility and explained where everything is and what it gets used for. The Finnish style sauna is fantastic, the heat helped a ton to alleviate the toxins and inflammation. Got to experience the cold plunge during the session and that was excellent. The whole experience left me feeling elevated and I left with a natural high that made the rest of the day a breeze.
