Never felt crowded, great vibes, and the sauna + cold plunge combo hit different. The space is open with large windows. The design and aesthetic is quite nice. By the time I left, I felt completely renewed, refreshed, and recharged. It was exactly what my mind and body needed. Everything was such a great experience, and you can really feel the positive energy of the place. It’s the kind of spot that leaves you feeling happier, lighter, and just better overall.
