The Math
Seven visits and
it pays for itself
Unlimited is $169 a month. A drop-in is $25. So the membership breaks even at seven visits — under twice a week.
If you’re coming less than that, the punch pass is genuinely the better deal and we’d rather tell you so. If you’re coming twice a week or more, the membership stops being a purchase and starts being infrastructure.

Questions
Before you commit
Is there a contract?
No. Memberships are month to month and you can cancel from your account page at any time. Memberships must be cancelled with a 30 days notice.
Do punch passes expire?
No. Buy them and use them at whatever pace suits you. They’re also shareable, so a 10-pack works fine for a couple.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes for up to 2 months — pause it from your account page or ask the front desk.
What’s included in a session?
Everything. Both traditional Finnish saunas, both full-spectrum infrared cabins with chromotherapy and all four cold plunges.
Do I have to book, or can I walk in?
Please book — sessions have limited capacity and walk-ins can’t be guaranteed. Booking takes about a minute and members can book straight from their account.
Can I bring a guest on my membership?
The Unlimited + Buddy membership covers two people. On a solo membership, a guest pays the drop-in rate.
Ready to get in?
$25, ninety minutes, the whole studio. Decide about a membership afterwards.
