For the length of your booking the whole facility is yours — both Finnish saunas, both infrared cabins, all four plunges, the lounge. No other guests, no schedule to work around.
It works for team offsites, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, sports teams after a hard block, and church or community groups. Our staff stays on to run the space and walk first-timers through it, so nobody’s guessing.

Frequently asked

How many guests can we bring?
Up to 30. Groups nearer that number work best on a three or four hour booking so everyone gets proper time in the heat and the water rather than queueing.
Can we bring food our drink?
Yes, in the lounge area. Talk to us when you book so we can set the space up for it. Alcohol isn’t permitted — it doesn’t mix safely with heat and cold exposure.
What if most of our group has never done this?
That’s the majority of private events. Our staff runs a short walkthrough at the start and stays on hand throughout. Nobody needs to prepare anything.
What should we all bring?
Swimwear and a water bottle. Towels are provided. Anything else is optional.
Can we book outside normal hours?
Often, yes — including Sundays when we’re otherwise closed. Ask when you enquire and we’ll tell you what’s possible for your date.
How does corporate billing work?
One monthly invoice to the company. Your team books their own sessions against the allocation, so there’s no per-employee approval or expense admin on your side.
