Which varieties of sauna treatment are available at Ash & Ice?
Our studio includes 2 dry saunas heated to 210° degrees fahrenheit (the ideal temperature according to Dr. Susanna Soberg), 2 full spectrum infrared saunas, chromotherapy, Halo-One therapy, and we have four plunges ranging from 42 to 55°. One spot implies that we have one cold pool and another spot states that we have two plunges.

We have two cold plunges. One is around 55°F and the other is around 42°F.

Ash & Ice strives to be a tech-limited space. We understand that as a place of community, we want to encourage others and share our experiences. Please be mindful of others if you use your phone and please silence all electronic devices upon entry, unless it is necessary (i.e. medical professionals, first responders, etc.)
